Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping speed
Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada.

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for:

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
- Check tracking information for updates
- Contact us if no movement for 7+ days
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
