Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Unopened coffee bags (sealed)
- Merchandise in original condition with tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened coffee bags
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping.
